HOW TO HIRE
In order to cover everyone’s asset(s), here are just a few steps that need to be followed to ensure the safety and return of all Prohire equipment.

- Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms & conditions before requesting a quote.
STEP ONE
Please download, complete the Application Form / Rental T&C and submit it along with a copy of your ID or driver’s license to hire@prohire.cc.
- Should you already have an existing account with us, only payment upfront is required.
- Please note that New Client Applications take 24 Hours to process.
- We will only hand over the equipment once the form is complete and you have paid in full upfront.
STEP TWO
Once you browsed our online catalogue and decided what you need, you can request a quote by sending an email to hire@prohire.cc or Whatsapp to +264 81 804 0409 with a list of the equipment you would like to rent.
- Please confirm the time (Half-Day 4h / Full-Day 8h) and the date when the rental will be applicable, as we need to check availability.

- Request a Quotation via Email (hire@prohire.cc) or Whatsapp ( +264 81 804 0409)
- Please make the payment & email the Proof of Payment to hire@prohire.cc (Banking details are at the bottom of the page)
STEP THREE
Once you sent us your proof of payment you can collect the equipment at our Prohire office.
How our Hiring works
Business Hours:
- Our office hours during Summer are Monday to Friday 08h00-17h00 and closed on Saturday & Sunday.
- Our office hours during Winter are Monday to Friday 08h00-17h00 and closed on Saturday & Sunday.
Deposit:
- For every rental, we ask a N$1000.00 deposit.
- Which is returned in full, when the equipment returns in good condition.
Collect & Return:
- Collection: If your shoot day is on a weekday you will collect your gear on the day or the day before.
- Return: Equipment is to be returned on the same day or the next day within the arranged time.
- Weekend: If your rental falls over a weekend, say for a Saturday or Sunday, you would collect on Friday afternoon and return on the Monday morning within the arranged time.
Weekend & Transportation Day Charges:
- Weekend (Sunday) rentals get billed at 50% per day.
- Transportation days get billed at full rate per day.
Payment:
- We require payment upfront when you collect your equipment.
- You are welcome to pay by EFT or cash.
- Should you wish to EFT your payment this will need to be arranged & paid at least 3 working days beforehand.
- Please submit your Proof of payment to us at hire@prohire.cc
