Your Studio Rental Includes:

• Access to Professional Studio Space

• Infinity Curve (10m wide x 3m deep x 4.2m high)

• Integrated Sound System (Speakers)

• 52” Mobile Monitor Workstation

• Movable Background Walls

• Styling Area with Steamer & Clothing Hangers

• High Chair / Bar Stool

• On-site Parking Bays (directly in front of studio)

• Standard Cleaning (post-shoot general tidy)

• Basic Lighting Grid & Ceiling Rigging Points (if available)

Important Notes:

• Rental time starts and ends at the booked time. Please be punctual.

• Early access for setup, deliveries, or pre-lighting is not included.
  A Setup Fee of N$1,000.00 applies for early access (subject to availability — pre-booking required).

• Overtime is billed at N$500.00 per hour, rounded up to the nearest hour.

• Sunday & Public Holiday bookings incur a surcharge of N$500.00 (excluding VAT).

• Access is managed by studio staff — please check in and out accordingly.

• If video or photo gear is required for weekend bookings, this must be arranged and confirmed during weekday business hours (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00). No last-minute weekend gear requests will be accommodated.

• Snacks, Coffee & Drinks from the Bar
  (Available only during shop hours: Weekdays, 08:00 – 17:00)

• Custom Colour Painting on the Infinity Curve
  (Charged at N$50.00 per m²)
  The client is responsible for supplying the paint.
  Labour for painting, repainting to white, and all additional paintwork will be charged separately.

• Dedicated Studio Assistant or On-Site Tech Support

• Additional Cleaning for excessive mess, glitter, confetti, sand, etc.

• Use of Haze, Smoke, or Special Effects (must be declared in advance)

• Damage Repairs or Equipment Replacement if applicable

Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for their own crew, production, and safety.

• Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment/facilities during your booking is chargeable.

• Studio must be left in a reasonably clean and orderly condition.

• No screwing, painting, drilling, or sticking anything to walls/floors without written permission.

Payment & Booking Terms:

• All prices include VAT.

• Business Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Weekdays only)

• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, EFT, PayToday (No card payments)

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Standard Rental Terms & Conditions apply and must be accepted upon confirmation.
